Appointments, offers and payments
Online booking and financing are provided by third-party services under their own terms. Appointments are confirmed only when our office confirms them. The $99 new-patient special is for new patients and includes a comprehensive exam, a routine cleaning and X-rays; other treatment is quoted separately. Price ranges on this site are typical ranges, not quotes.

Text, photos and logos on this site belong to SmileArt Utah or are used with permission. Patient photos are shown with permission. Ratings come from Google as posted by patients. Some lifestyle photos are illustrations and do not show our patients.

We link to sites such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, our scheduling provider and financing companies. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
